(Acoustic soft fibre tiles of make saint gobain, armstrong, buildwell, everest). |

| 10 | Providing and laying Vitrified tiles Double charge in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. |

| 17 | Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The colour and pattern of the WPC ecology panels shall be wenge dark brown wood colour, of reputed brands or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The WCP panels shall confirm to for its colour appearance, thickness, width and length, falling mass impact resistance, heat Reversion etc. These panels shall be fixed on vertical surface with metallic clips or anchor bolt filled with wooden packing to hold screws and then fixed to the main walls / member if required at site. This item is inclusive of all accessories, packing charges, Transportation, Labour installation complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge at all floors / height. |
| 32 | Providing services for the spacialized jobs from the reputed architect/ interior designer/ architectural agency who are in this business. The services may include the site visit, discussion, preparing of drawings/ supervision and regarding the selection of colour, shade, size of fittings/ fixtures/ interior design etc., whichever required. For the purpose of payment %age above/ below the billed value raised by the expert/architect etc. for providing such service , supported by cash receipt / vouchers shall be considered against this item. |
| 33 | Providing fancy items pertaining to SS work, Decoration work with available decorative material in market as per drawing/ instructions of Engr. in charge with titles/ stone highliter/ Aluminium / steel/ board / Pannel/ Fluted Pannel / Polygranite sheets/ Adhesive/ decorative Moulding/ Rose Gold strips/ decorative pannel lights / decorative Green grass/ Marble pieces/LED lights / Laminates / Veeners / decopaint etc. on walls / floors / ceiling etc,and any other items, items which are not covered under any other item of SOQ. For the purpose of payment %age above the Market rates of material supported by cash receipt / vouchers may be quoted. |
| 34 | Providing and fixing HDHMR Board (ISI Marked) of minimum 09 mm total thickness along-with fixing on vertical surface with necessary screws / anchor bolts to hold board to the main walls / member including cutting to size and shape wherever required at site as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The manufacturers / Brands / Makes of HDHMR Boards to be used in this work shall be Action Tesa /Crostan Panal / Century Ply as approved by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 35 | Assisting in executing various job un-susceptible to measurement and other work which are not including in any items stated above/ scope of works as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. : |
