| 121 | M&L for Repairing /Servicing of electric motor cap 12.5 HP couplled to non clog submersible pump , AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and sent to work shop for repair. Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire , cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling , greasing , painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair ,non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair. |
