| 5 | Material & labour for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP membrane HMHDPE 3 Kg plain (thickness 3 mm) (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16540: 2017 of following operation complete all as specified and directed:-(a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16540: 2017 (b) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer.(c) Laying of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not than 3 kg/Sqm |
| 6 | Material & labour for two coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm/ Sqm as per manufacturer instruction over bituminous layer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material & labour for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubbering joints fixed to walls 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore with access door complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | PVC(SWR) junction single (single 'T') equal or unequal 110mm bore with access to door ccomplete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Material & labour for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc including smoothening surface with wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity n exc 500 litres ltrs,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning,etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and incl. replacing check nuts and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. |
