| 3 | Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed. |

| 6 | M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of existing brick/ block masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed. |
| 8 | M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately. |
| 9 | Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed. |
| 10 | M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed. |
