Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating , 11/0.433 kV, three phase, 50 HZ, Level-2, outdoor type, Dynll, ONAN, copper wound distribution transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of ± 2.5%, ± 5%, ± 7.5% complete with all accessories viz. Buchholz relay for Alarm & Trip, Marshalling Box for alarm and trip, Conservator, oil & winding temperature indicators, magnetic oil level indicator, lifting lugs, earthing studs, name plate and winding connections diagram and Bi-directional rollers etc. The transformer to be designed for an ambient temperature of 45C and winding temperature rise of 50C over ambient. Transformer to be as per IS 2026 Part I to Part V power transformer including first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to IS 2026 (Part II & 5) of 1977 including making the provision for 11 KV pole structure SP33 poles for HT and SP 15 for LT with link set, D.O set Lighting Arrestor etc and L.T side Fuse set Providing & laying PCC platform 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 30% boulder for construction of platform of size (5x8x4 ft.) for Electric sub-station and 1ft below ground including cost of earth work , shuttering and curing etc. complete.
