| 5 | Preparing old treated wall surfaces by scraping, washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered / painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, applying wall care putty 2 mm thick (average thickness) of approved quality as specified in clause 15.19 of SSR Part-I and one coat of primer, finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) with roller and brushes complete all as specified and directed in clause 15.10 & 15.14 of SSR Part-I and clause 15.2 of SSR Part -II. |

| 9 | Preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (apex ultima) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over with and including requisite scaffolding and all necessary safety precuations and jhula arrangement in multistoried buildings three to five floors complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3, 17.4, 17.5 & 17.6 & 17.17 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II. |
