| 8 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) for finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on wall of any description complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling and fair finished without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and filling crack/hole with putty, applying wall care putty as required (multipurpose mixture shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint on external surfaces of wall/chajja/facias by auto roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instruction. |
