| 2 | M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade with roller including wall putty / white cement wherever required to fill the wall cracks/holes complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper over a coat of primer after applying one coat cement based wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for preparing of old painted wood and wood base surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 6 | Taking down cement plaster on wall of any desription incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for 15 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10 mm thick plaster & 05 mm thick each) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufactures instructions finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Liquid water proofing compund shall be measured and paid separtely. |
| 8 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS :2645-1975 specifications complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and filling crack/hole with putty, applying wall care putty as required (multipurpose mixture shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint on external surfaces of wall/chajja/facias by auto roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instruction. |
| 12 | M&L for perparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixture shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and appling two coat of exteror acrylic emulsion paint on external surface of wall/chajja/facias by auto roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
