MS funnel, wire mesh, 100 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I incl dismantling of old unsv earthig complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point.(iii) All accessories required for galvanized steel plate electrode required, as specified and as directed.(iv) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS , the complete earthing shall be replaced / repaired by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible. |
