| 1 | Fabrication, supply and installation of wall panelling, over aluminium frame work (50/60mm x 50mm x 1.2 @ 600mm c/c including SS screws), fixing of acquostic membrane, 12mm thick cement board, 6mm thick fire rated plywood and 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved colour and shade including making groove 3mm etc all as per approved shop drawing and technical specification and as per instruction of Engineer -in Charge. Note : 1. Drawings provided by CED are conceptual drawings. Detail Shop drawings to be prepared by contractor and get concured by Architect /Engineer in charge before execution of works. 2. Acoustic membrane, Cement board, Fire rated plywood & laminates, scaffolding are included in this item rate and no extra payment for wasteage/any item. 3. Aluminium frame work will be paid in respective item. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing acoustic insulation treatment to the dry wall in premises using high performance acoustic insulation sheets of 4 mm high density mass loaded sound barrier sheet ,along with other accessories and fixtures etc., all complete as per the manufacturer's specification, the laying of the acoustic treatment shall be done by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of acoustic sheets: Area thickness tolerance of less than 10% and length and width tolerances of less than 5%. It boasts a nominal mass over 7.2 Kg/m² and a density greater than 1800 Kg/m³. It meets Euroclass B s1 d0 fire standards and provides significant sound and insulation improvements. Environmentally, it contains 15% recycled raw material, with 60% post-consumer content, and emits 50 µg/m³ VOCs, . Front Elevation, one side only no wastage to be added (No overlaps to be provided). |
| 3 | Acoustic Infill - 50mm thick rock wool of 48kg/m3 density or 50mm thick 1000 GSM polyester wool insulation As an acoustic requirement, contractor to affix of 50mm thick of acoustic infill insulation of density 48 kg/m3 or 1000 GSM of approved make wrapped in RP tissues suitably affixed to partition framework using necessary Holding Clips, GI binding wire, duct tape as indicated in the drawing, complete in all respect as directed by the Architect/ Engineer in Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing heavy duty weather resistent cement board of 12mm thickness, in specified size including necessary fixing in position at levels as per drawing etc complete as per ASTM C-1185 and ISO-8336(part E), rate enclusive of fixing all necessary SS fastners/screws/bolt etc and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing 6 mm thick marine ply in position on frame work including all materials, labour etc complete in all as per specification drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing decorative high pressure 1.5 mm thick laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046 Type S including cost of adhesive, labour etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. (may be two or more colour required as per drawings) |
| 7 | Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work fordoors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extrudedbuilt up standard tubular sections / Z sections and othersections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixingclips or with expansion hold fastners includingnecessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottomand sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight,mitred and jointed mechanically whereever requiredincluding cleat angle, aluminium snap beading forglazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws allcomplete as per drawings and and directions ofEngineer-in-charge including providing and fixinghinges / pivots and making provision for fixing offittings wherever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicongrout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall bepaid for separately). Anodised Aluminium sections(Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) - Colour Anodised Sections Notes : 1)The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fastners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S. rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S. washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for |
| 8 | Providing, supplying and fixing Vertical /Roller Venetian Blinds with all accessories and fabricating to required sizes etc as per approved design and approved Fabric complete all as directed by the Project Engineer. Note : Size of windows opening will be considered for payment. |
| 9 | Providing, applying one coat of acrylic based textured plaster of approved make with the finish as directed with average thickness of 2.50mm and finished with 2 coats of high performance coating of approved shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, complete, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineerin- charge. |
| 10 | Providing and Installation of Acoustic panelling of approved colour choice, hardened square/Radius/ Bevel edge, with wrapped glass fibre core panel, density 96 kg/m3 of size as per drawing (thickness 25mm), installed by using compatible GI strut& Z bars. The GI strut systems includes compatible Cross channel having thicness 0.45mm, knurled web40, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. GI Z bars having 40mm height, thickness 1.2mm is first fixed behined the panels by identifying resin spots by uing suitable fasteners. Clean exposed surfaces of wall ensure wall are in plumb line before installing Cross channel on wall. Provide necessary packing shims if required). The square edge panels are then slided into the Z bars fixed on wall with approved decorative acoustical fabric colour as per Detailed Technical specifications, drawing and as instructed by Engineer in Charge.
