| 1 | Scrapping of existing Tarfelt/ APP (Atactic polypropelene) sheet and disposal of malba to the dumping ground, cleaning of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Providing and laying water proofing coating having three coats of water proofing chemical with 1 coat as primer and 2 subsequent coats. The water proofing chemical shall have properties as water absorption 1% minimum, pot life at 30º C : 30 min, application temperature 10º C, bond strength to concrete : approx 1 N/mm2. (Fosroc Hydroproof xtra or equivalent) . The primer coat shall be provided in ratio 1 part of Hydroproof Xtra :2 parts of water : 4 parts of cement mixed material with the above proportion will cover an area of 16-17sqm for 1 L of Hydroproof XTRA . The two top coats shall laid in ratio 1:2 i.e. 1 part of chemical and 2 parts of neat cement after laying of 800 micron fibre mesh. The thickness of each coat shall be about 1 to 2 mm. The 2nd coat shall be applied after 5-6 hours of 1st coat. The full curing shall be done after 12 hours with must curing after 6 hours. The coverage of top coats shall be 4.5-5.0 sqm /litre/ coat. The work shall be undertaken as per manufacturer specifications, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. |

| 5 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 6 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. Of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification One or more coats on old work |
| 7 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work |
| 8 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). |
| 9 | Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paintand the like byscrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfacesmooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. |
| 10 | Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter (Kanchan Jindal or equate make) ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary aluminum fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4\\", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 6\\", 2 Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and single acting door spring and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
