| 1 | Contract: DMRC/CMRL/PHASE-II/IC&OS/2026/ : - Integrated Cleaning and Operational Support Services for Metro Rail Infrastructure at 18 Stations of CMRL PHASE-II for Stage 1A &1B PREAMBLE |
| 2 | This Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with the Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Notice inviting Tenders, Employer’s Requirement etc. |
| 3 | The contract price, subject to any adjustment thereto in accordance with contract conditions shall be inclusive of GST, duties, levies, royalties etc. |
| 4 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as indicated in relevant clause of instructions to tenderers. |
| 5 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against each item of BOQ as per instructions given. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. Rates will be considered in INR upto two decimal places in paisa only. |
| 6 | This is a pre-priced BOQ for Stage 1A & 1B. The Basic rate per day to be quoted by Bidders shall be filled in Indian Rupees (upto 2 decimal places) only. If a tenderer quotes 'Negative' rate or offers rebate / concession / discount, then his Financial Bid shall be treated as non-responsive and will not be considered and EMD will be forfeited. |
| 7 | If the tenderer fails to quote their offer against any item in BOQ, the tender will be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 8 | Income Tax/TDS and other statutory deductions as applicable will be deducted from every monthly bill by DMRC. |
| 9 | During the currency of the contract, the successful tenderer shall be required to procure necessary insurance policies as stipulated in Terms & Conditions of the Contract. |
| 10 | Contractor shall be required to pay to its employees roped in for services under the contract, based on category of minimum applicable wages and deposit / disburse other statutory dues to respective agencies / employees. |
| 11 | This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevant columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and percentage value only |
| 12 | The Priority area and Non-Priority areas at stations mentioned in the BOQ are tentative only.However, after the Letter of Award (LOA) is issued, area assessment shall be conducted through joint inspection by successful bidder and DMRC representatives, and the joint measurements shall be final and binding on all parties. Subsequently, the contractor shall not dispute any deductions or make claims against DMRC in this regard. The contractor shall indemnify and hold DMRC harmless from any claims related to this matter. |
| 13 | The rates and prices tendered in the priced Bill of Quantities are for complete work and complete in all respects. It will be deemed to include all Manpower, Machinery, Chemicals and Consumables, transportation, uniform, all taxes (inclusive of GST), etc. all maintenance, contractor’s profit and establishment / over heads, all risks & insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and other obligations set out or implied in the contract. |
