Item Nos. 1 to 209 as enclosed (ANNEXURE –XXI) for this Annexure-XXI Consumable Material make shall be as per recommended material list attached or as per MCGM Building Schedule of rates 2023. Items which are not included in Annexure but Item is available in MCGM FMRS-2023 or PWD SSR-2023 or CPWD DSR 2023, shall be executed under Item No. 1 of Schedule of Rates as per abover respective order.
