| 3 | M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M &L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32X6m all as per IS-3043 1987 all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and payment will be done only after complete testing and getting result of earthing less than 1 ohm. and gbfc (graphite-70% and alumina-30% ) material should be not less than 50 kg in weight also the PH Value of chemical compound must be in between 7 to 9 and weight of electrode must not be less than 12 kg complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing in replacement lighting arrestor non linear resistance type line discharge current 10 KA height current 100 KA assembly suitable for 33 KV including all necessary clamps, nut, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 32 x 6 mm GI Strip complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Taking down the defective unserviceable transformer from existing site from pole and Sub Stn with the help of man power & chain pully block or by crane etc including dieconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections from the site and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of old burnt u/s item including transporting of capacity 3150 KVA including transporting back after repair to the site where recieved complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Repair/Maintinance of existing power transformer of capacity 3150 KVA (33/11 KV) by lifting the top cover taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in barral including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side throughly with emery paper and cloth than checked the winding and other worn-out parts such as HV/LV coils silicor stamping and other connected items as Tap-changer, breather assembly etc and replacement of HT and LT coil and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldring and re insulated of cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc including lifting of core assembaly and by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature Reassembling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering. Testing of transformer after repair complete testing of transformer after repair incl painting to the transformer with super enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.Note :- HV/LV coils and other connected items shall be measured & paid seperately. |
| 8 | Supply only for winding HT coil with DPC or enamelled copper wire/ of existing size & guage winding wire for winding the transformer coil incl insulating material complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply only for LT coil winding with DPC or enamelled copper wire strip of existing size & guage winding for winding the transformer coil LT coil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Supply filling of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II.Note :- (i) Oil shall be brought in the manufacture sealed contrainer (drum) and shall be kept in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Contractor shall hand over the purchase voucher and manufacturer's test certificate to the engineer in charge.(iii) Di-electric strength shall not be less than 50 KV. |

| 17 | Labour charges for servicing/overhauling/repairing & testing of all protection relays , CTs,PTs and 33KV VCB breaker 1250 A out door type, including all circuit control wiring complete all as specified and directed, follows:- (a) CTs primary current injection test . (CT Testing) (b) Ratio test of PTs (c) Protection relays testing through secondary current injection kit (Relay testing) (d) Voltmeter,ammeter functional tesing (e) Breaker tesing for tripping time, closing time , contact resistance , IR values and physically healthyness of Vaccum interuptor. |
