| 3 | Material and Labour for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and incl filling necessary where required with putty as in patches or nail holes obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 4 | Material and Labour for each subsequent coat of distemper oil emulsion ( White/ Ivory or any colour) over one coat applied under Srl item No 3 above. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 5 | Material and Labour for applying 1 mm thick wall care white putty in two layers including complete removal of existing treatment of internal or external walls, roof projection, fins and fascia etc. with wire brush or any manual other mechanical method by manual and reaching upto old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 6 | Material and Labour for applying two coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars cornices etc surface including Preparation of old treated surfaces (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including filling necessary where required with putty as in patches or nail holes obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 7 | Material and Labour for two coat of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas on prepared wall care putty surface after complete removal of existing treatment of bldg upto tripple storeys bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 8 | Material and Labour for one coat of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas width between 10 cm to 20 cm on prepared putty surfaces or old painted surfaces of bldg upto tripple storeys bldgs including filling necessary where required with putty as in patches or nail holes obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
