| 4 | Mixing base and hardner of Sikadur 52, low viscous solvent free epoxy injection grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE) using slow speed electricity operated mixing paddle (200-300RPM) and injecting the same using electrically operated high pressure (upto 1000 Kgf/SqCM) pump until refusal to adjacent complete as per manufacturers specification. |
| 5 | Cutting and flushing the nozzoles and excess materials with a sharp scraper to take away sharp protrusions and to get a smooth and flat finish |

| 8 | (c) The unit rate quoted for item No. 2 to 5 of BOQ is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs. |
| 9 | M&L for providing and laying / fixing TPO membrane of non-flammable waterproofing of roof which shall be 1.5mm thick loose laid membrane using Fosroc Proofex ORG membrane, layers are overlaped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm. Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the roll's either end are overlapped with 110mm are in staggered position and the membrane shall be laid over the layers of non-woven geotextile fiber. The seperation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the fosroc proofex ORG membrane and the concrete substructure . | 10 | Removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. |
