| 2 | Repair to cracks and damaged existing surface of RCC roof slab/RCC facia/RCC chajja upto double storey (Approx height 7.50 Mtr from the natural ground level) by structural strengthing using injection pressure grouting with Sikadur 52, low viscous epoxy grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M /s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE), complete all as manufacturers and all as specified and directed by GE as under:- |

| 4 | Mixing base and hardner of Sikadur 52, low viscous solvent free epoxy injection grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE) using slow speed electricity operated mixing paddle (200-300RPM) and injecting the same using electrically operated high pressure (upto 1000 Kgf/SqCM) pump until refusal to adjacent complete as per manufacturers specification. |
| 5 | Cutting and flushing the nozzoles and excess materials with a sharp scraper to take away sharp protrusions and to get a smooth and flat finish |

| 7 | (b) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified. |
| 8 | M&L for Dismantling/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surface of RCC roof/ slab/ beams/ columns/ RCC facias for an average depth of 25mm (Approx height 7.5m from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic flat/pointed chisel and removing the honeycombed area including all the corners and making a neat profile of the cavities, roughen the smooth surface , scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc form the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover such as Rust Off 100 of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermax Limited (as approved by GE) and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed and comprising of below mentioned process :- |
| 9 | (a) Providing cement based admixed with Sikacim, integral waterproofing liquid M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, , M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) @ 0.2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of acrylic emulsion bonding agent such as per as Sika Latex in 1:1:3 ratio of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/S Fosroc chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) having specific gravity of 1.02 or as per manufacturer’s instructions with necessary surface preparation such as creating mechanical key like roughening the surface by scrabbing, grit blasting and cleaning the existing surface using high pressure water jet machine having pressure upto 500 bar pressure to remove the dirt, dust, loose particles , wax, efforencene and other contaminations from the surface of RCC columns/ beams/ slabs/ facia/ any brick/ stone surfaces etc all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | (b) Providing and applying FRIAZINC R, corrosion inhabiliting Active Zinc rich primer of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, , M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) along the exposed reinforcement surface property and allowed to dry. |
| 11 | (c) Providing and applying Hibond, Epoxy based Thixotropic bonding adhesive of Make of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd ( as approved by GE) over the prepared concrete surface to get a good bonding between existing concrete surface and providing Sika Rep Microcrete 4 Fiber reinforced cementitious repair micro concrete of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) over Epoxy based bonding agent applied area before 6 Hrs etc including providing necessary proportions , bracing and runners to relieve the member from the load coming on it including scaffolding leak proof shuttering with working platform as required and as per design and pattern complete including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed. |
