Complete cleaning and servicing of package and ductable units installed at different locations of Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Jammu by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil of indoor & outdoor units , spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job includes servicing to the control panels by way of replacing the burnt/damaged wiring, proper thimbling and replacement to the damaged contactors. The job involves 3 No’s of cleaning/servicing of all the package and ductable units as and when required throughout the season as per the instructions of the Engineer Incharge. This job includes cost of material, taxes, and labour charges and cost of technicians visits. The units installed at different locations are mentioned below:-1. Burn Ward – 01 No.2.
