| 15 | Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Material and labour for preparation of of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, over surface of wall all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | M&L for complete removal by Washing, rubbing down and stopping and preperation of distempered and painted surfaces of walls, pillars,cornices by brooming down etc including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with wall care putty (1 mm thick) and preparation of surfaces for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed. |

| 21 | M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqm sincle core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC medium grade conduit and conduit accessories (ISI) marked concealed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc and incl provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS (ISI marked) as earth continuity conductor, fabricated sunken terminal box made out of 1.60 mm thick sheet steel duly painted concealed in walls, with 3mm thick bakelite/PVC sheet ISI marked top cover with brass/chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, all as specified and as directed for the following :- (a)One light point or one light/ exhaust fan/ fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sqmm size |
| 22 | Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally EOT crane including assemblies inspection to maintenance of longitude travel/cross travel system assy and checking lubricating of gear system topping up of lubricant upto desired level replacement of gasket, nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness and safety including replacement of worn out parts, checking of coupling unit travel track etc. All other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of crane including replacement of worn out parts. Preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping up/charging of lubricants & gasket inspection and checking of bracing, pully, nuts, dollys washer, split pins, bushes, hooks, checking of housing pully and lubrication thereof inspection of hoisting rope for cut abberation etc & cleaning up all greasy/clipping materias inspection servicing, setting and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. Inspection, checking, setting out including replacement of damaged wiring of electric system in and outside cabins. Repair/replacement of all other miscellaneous items for necessory safe and satisfactory functioning of crane including replacement of worn out spares and preventive maintenance of electrical control system comprising of following:- Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc. Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity and inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. Repair /replacement of all othe miscelleneous item like main switches, MCBs, hand operating pendent etc & replaceement of all other spares complete for safe & satisfatcory run of crane complete for effective operation of EOT cranes and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 23 | Taking down exhaust fan of 450mm sweep, dimantling blades and removing fan and balde and transporting to local market, cutting unserviceable winding from fan state & rewinding same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including throughly cleaning all the components, oiling greasing & replacement of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy condensers, bush, bearing & flexible copper connection wire etc and re-assumbling, fixing and testing for satisfactory operation, complete all as directed.
