Cost Index 3% Conditions:-1. Non Deployment of Environmental Assistant/ Mate at site as required or work found non-satisfactory, an amount of double the rate payable shall be recovered from the contractor as penalty.2. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT, EDMC, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other Govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account.3. If agency fails to do the work or work is not found satisfactory, the double amount recovery shall be made per day basis from the bill of the contractor.4.
