Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down wth water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to cracks of any description, less than 5mm size by opening up cracks in V-groove manner approximately 6mm x 6mm size using mechanical cutter, cleaning the groove properly to remove loose particles, dust etc, sprinkling with clean water and filling with single component entitious crack filler using readymix powder of cementitious ingredients having compressive strength of 14 N/ mm² after 7 days of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .Make M/s STP Limited, M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex or equivalent as per list manufacturers Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
