Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0\\" height with open able shutter at wall above 4’-9\\" height consisting of 19mm thick with commercial board (ISI marked) lipped with teak wood lipping of 19mm x 6mm on exposed edges include cost of nail, screws, auto hinges, synthetic adhesive etc. The front shutter and sides are to be furnished with 1mm thick ISI marked superior quality mica of approved shade and inner side of the cabinet with 0.8mm thick mica of approved shade fixed in position with help of wooden gutties at wall complete in al respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves made out with 19mm thick commercial ISI marked plyboard and front portion of the cabinet furnished with 1mm thick superior quality sun mica of outer side and 0.8mm thick sun mica inner side of the cabinet for fixing the kitchen accessories and jack at bottom synthetic enamel paint over remaining portion. It is also include the cost of sprit polishing on the edge of the lipping cost of stainless steel handle, adhesive, nail, screws etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 50 mm average thick sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ jaffery on compound wall with frame of golden champ section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with golden champ and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick polycarbonate multi wall sheet to be fixed on existing M.S. frame with Aluminum rivets complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing top aluminium profile with rubber gasket to seal the joint of polycarbonate sheet with self drilling screws etc complete fixed in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bottom aluminium profile with rubber gasket to seal the joint of polycarbonate sheet with self drilling screws etc complete fixed in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
