Cleaning areas by sweeping & moping the floors, corridors, steps and removing the cob webs as specified by the EIC. Sweeping the roads, parking area & other areas, water tables including collecting the muck, papers & refuses etc. and dumping in nearby waste bins or where the places shown by the Departmental Engineer at site. Cleaning the toilets consisting of urinals, CWMF Main building,Roads inactive area&Bhavini by Un-Skilled house keepping workers.

Semi skilled or Unskilled supervisory (1) Semi-skilled (Technical) operations carried out by personnel having of Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant experience (OR) I.T.I with minimum 2 years in relevant trade (OR) Any Bachelor's Degree (OR) HSC (10+2) with minimum 2 years in relevant experience comprising of House keeping supervisor.

Consumables required for house keeping works as per technical specification.

Providing mechanical equipments like Hydra/JCB for cleaning garbage pit, approaching tree branches while trimming of trees above building height and plucking of tree root
