Maintance of lawn and plants by cleaning, proper irrigation/watering, uprooting weeds from lawn plots including disposal of uprooted vegetation. Mowing with power machines preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding, trimming, prunning, cutting and supply and spreading of required manure etc. as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for onecommunity center (If partial/full area of lawn shall be renovated during the work this shall be also maintaned after the grass forms a thick layer, under this item.)

Sweeping / cleaning of gardens roads lawns paths and disposal of all rubbish 2500sqm x 30 x 12 months

Renovating lawns including weeding cheeping the grass forking the ground top dressing with manure . Mixing the same with forked soil watering maintaining the lawn for 30 days for till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own cost

Maintenance of shrubbery or hedges cutting including disposal of rubbish with all leads and lifts 200sqm x 12 months

Hedges of various varieties Enarmi in P.B(5”X5”) - 1‟

Planting of trees /shrubs/ hedge and climbers plants at desired distance in row and watering

Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc. Good soil of earth

Supply of dry manure including loading unloading, transportation & stacking at site. Goat dungmanure.

Spreading of manure, good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )
