| 4 | Complete & Safe Dismantling the accessories of 132/33 KV used 20 MVA T/F (NGEF make) including opening of Jumpers , removal of earthing , opening of cable connection, Pipe , HV Bushing , Cooling Fans , Marshalling Box , conservator tank , turret etc. with proper stacking , blanking plate including bolts & nuts shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 5 | Packing and placing into store the dismanteled HV/LV/Neutral bushing of 20 MVA T/F in new 63 MVA T/F empty wooden creates at 132 KV S/s Rajapakar, Kushinagar. |
| 6 | Shifting of used 20 MVA T/F from plinth to safe place up to 30 Mtrs. Distance including turning to main tank if required including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily. |
| 7 | Additional Shifting 30 Mtrs. @ 5 Mtrs. Per Job. |
| 8 | Dismantling of used 33 KV Current Transformer (800-400-200/1A) with the help of derik pole , pully and rope arrangement. Shifting of dismantled CT from work site to store all cost of men, T&P etc. to be provided by the contractor at his own cost for completion of work. |
| 9 | ERECTION OF NEW 63 MVA T/F |
| 10 | Shifting of new 63 MVA T/F tank from unloading place to plinth up to 20 Mtrs. Distance including turning to main tank if required including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily. |
| 11 | Additional Shifting 70 Mtrs. @ 5 Mtrs. Per Job. |
| 12 | Complete Erection of 63 MVA , 132/33 KV Power Transformer by erection of its radiators, conservator tank , all bushings, their turrets, connecting oil pipe line, cooling fans , motor drive mechanism of tap changer, oil pimps and associated pipe lines , HV LA etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling if oil and topping up of transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank , radiators oil pipe line, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage if any and all othe associated works for satisfactory completion of work at 132 KV S/s Rajapakar, Kushinagar. COntractor shall provide all assistance getting the transformer succesfully commissioned by providing qualified manpiwer till commissioning , including the cost of all men , T&P and aoosicted arrangements. |
| 13 | Centrifusing of complete Transformer oil (20 KL) of new 63 MVA ,132/33 KV Power Transformer in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifusing pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifusing machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value of the oil is achieved as per direction of supervising Engineer at 132 KV S/s Rajapakar, Kushinagar. All T&P , labour , centrifusing machine and other associated arrangements shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 14 | Dismantling of all cable connection of 20 MVA T/F and its RTCC panel , re-termination along with re-glanding and re-ferruling as per new cable schedule of 63 MVA T/F and its RTCC panel. |
| 15 | Laying of control cable in cable trenches from control panel to marshalling box of 63 MVA T/F as per schedule and interconnection with control cable at marshalling box and RTCC panel to each fan with ferruling and cable marking with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactory. |
| 16 | Earthing of main tank of 63 MVA T/F , RTCC panel by using of size 75x10/50x6 mm, MS Flat m its jointing with already lain earth mat preparing neutral bushing support, excavation of trenches for earthing work, its back filling etc. MS Flat will be provided by Contractor at his own cost. |
| 17 | Jumpering of T/F from HV with Moose/ Zebra conductor and LV side with double Moose/ Panther complete up to 33 KV Main Bus. |
| 18 | Erection of new 33 KV Current Transformer (1200-800/1A) with the help of derik pole pulley, skilled labour and rope arrangement . Shifting and dragging of new CT from store to work site. All cost of men , T&P shall be provided by the contractor as his own cost for completion of work. |
| 19 | Meking new Delta for new 63 MVA power transformer HV & LV side by placing 03 Mtr. Long 40 mm dia MS earth Electrodes inside earth (As per standard specification) and connecting with X-Y earth mat by 75x10 mm MS Flat (MS Flat shall be provided by department free of cost). Painting the joints with black japaan paint with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory, earth including all cost of material as per Technical specification. |
| 20 | Laying of 40 mm dia 3000mm MS Earth electrodes on the distance of 6 Mtrs. Along the side of grid 6x6 Sq. Mtr. Work including soil excavation and boaring of Electands and welding , Joint using angle bars , painting by Black paint welding joints and then back filling of soil . Required 40 mm dia 3 Mtr. long MS earth Electrodes are to be provided by contractor at his own cost . |
| 21 | Earthing of main and auxiliary structure after cutting, bending , laying of following size of MS Flat for equipment structure , CT, PT, CB, LSI, BSI etc. including welding with main earth mat 700 mm or old layed made with object to each excavation of trenches its back filling , painting with synthetic enemal green color above ground and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily excluding cost of MS Flat. |
