All exposed faces should be a 1.5mm thick laminate of approved colour, and non-laminated areas should be French polished, including cost of other materials, labor, etc., as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Computer Table with all inner surfaces with 1mm thick approved laminate. |
| 3 | OPEN SHELF Providing and fixing in position shelf of required size made of 19mm thick ply of approved make with T.W. lipping patti of 6mm thick of required size to all exposed surface with 1.5mm approved laminated on top of the shelf mounting over the bracket made out of 40mm x 40mm T.W section bracket with French polish to all required places and all laminated surface with bracket etc. complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shelf made out of 19mm plywood with brackets at 1.00 m center to center. |
| 4 | WOODEN CABINET DRAWER UNIT Providing & fixing a cabinet drawer unit (movable with wheels) made up of 19 mm commercial ply of approved make for the top, bottom, sides & shelves, & 8mm commercial ply approved make for the backside. The door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and the outer surfaces and top of shelves for open-type cabinets should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of the required color including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, knobs as per shown in the drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge, etc. and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti. locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. with inner side 0.8mm thick Laminate with shutter. |
| 5 | WOODEN VERTICLE STORAGE UNIT Providing & making of a fully drawer storage unit made up of 19mm thick. Commercial plywood with heavy-duty sliding channel & with 6mm thick commercial plywood for the back. 19mm plywood for the top, bottom, and front of shelves. Side of the drawer to be 12mm thick & bottom to be as per the requirement. 1mm thick approved laminate to be fixed on the exposed surfaces of the unit. All faces are to be laminated. Including items such as lock, hinges, tower bolt, and handle to be of heavy-duty & approved make only, all complete as specified & directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 6 | PVC WORK Providing & fixing Fiber Reinforced Cement Panels with tongue & groove joints of 50mm thick fixed in between vertical 25x50mm wide GI channels and 50x50mm GI channels at floor & ceiling level with screws, filling the joints with birla wall care putty finished smooth complete all inclusive of wastage, making provision for opening and providing additional GI channels around openings etc. as directed & instructed by EIC. |
| 7 | Providing and applying white cement-based waterproof putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 8 | WATER PROOF PLASTER: Providing and laying water proof cement plaster 20mm in two coat backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and second coat 8mm thick in CM 1:3 finish including supplying and adding water proofing compound weight of cement at all floor levels for repair to chambers, manholes, water retaining structures, depressions in bath/WCS etc. in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hours followed with water curing for 48 hours, hacking of concrete surface etc. complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge (to maintain bone dry condition underneath for 10 yrs) The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe sand masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Rates also includes disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises of ACTREC and disposing as per the statutory guidelines) |
| 9 | Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make first quality Asian Paints (Apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac/ ICI to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions/specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putti/POP Coat of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm as per requirements of approved brands necessary to obtain smooth surface, filling of cracks, removal of stains, painting spots on floors, aluminium window frame & glass etc. including scaffolding etc. as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.: Using Luster Paint. |
| 10 | PLYWOOD Providing & fixing approved quality machine pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded commercial/marine plywood of approved size and fixing the same with necessary nails/screws/adhesive in partition cupboard shelves/kitchen cabinets/flush doors etc. at all floors and locations in quantities as required at the site in following thickness including 6 mm thick T.W. lipping patti at all exposed edges with nails/screws/hardware/adhesive wastage in cutting, transportation, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.: 19mm thick ply |

| 12 | Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead.: For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. |

Suspension system to be provided with non-corrosive metal or galvanised metal with additional supports. |

| 17 | Removing the existing false ceiling & existing AC duct of any material and any size with all necessary allied works, including removing and refixing existing smoke detectors 10 nos., ceiling speakers 01 nos., and wall speakers 04 nos., along with disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 18 | Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.: GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electrostatically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. |
| 19 | Providing & fixing acoustic foam polester fibre panels, wall cladding of thickness 09mm or 12mm mounted on 12 mm plywood with NRC value from 0.6 to 0.9, Density 2000 GSM acoustical paneling with approved color and pattern, with factory-made CNC cut geometric design or printed on as per design instructions or selection as specified by EIC. Panelling shall be fixed with specific glues or specified material as per OEM. Complete & finished in all respects, including all accessories and hardware required for the same. The rates are inclusive of plywood. Plywood is also to be erected and mounted to make the surface preparations. |
