| 30 | M&l for Cleaning the entire area first by broom, chipping unwanted area using chisel and hammer, cleaning/ smoothening by wire brush, washing the entire surface using waterjet and finally by broom and airjet and Applying one layer of cement and Nushar make CCP mix in the ratio Cement:CCP:Water::1:1:0.2 and mixing it thoroughly using electric mixer coating to be done atleast 1’ longitudinally to secure edges and Filling all visible cracks using Nushar crack pack master/ Nushar make Cladofix. Laying 66 gsm non woven fiber along with 2nd and 3rd coat of CCP mix and cement mixture as in step 2 . Filling overlapping joints using Nushar make Master adhesive. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Polymembrane coat using brush across the area. After curing of above layer apply second coat of Polymembrane coat. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Nano top coat. Ponding test to be done by filling atleast ½” water in the entire area. Removing the water after the test is successfully completed. Apply 2nd layer of Nushar make Nano top coat to finish the work. |
