1	Taking out complete existing roof treatment from roof surfaces and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and removing rubbish at distance not exceeding 50m as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
2	Material and labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.Note: Cutting of grooves will be carried out by using mechanical means like Groove cutter/ wall chaser.
3	Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with water liquid proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement on concrete roof surface, finished the surface fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
4	Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water liquid proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement as in chajjas, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
5	M & L for cleaning plastered surfaces to receive the water proofing membrane, applying one coat of hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymeric memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by membrane flashing, coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
6	Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / CGI corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc. complete all as specified and directed.
7	Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

16	Material & Labour machine cut kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
