| 20 | M & L for jet washing (90 to 150 bars as required) rubbing down and stopping of old paint and scales over surfaces and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint ( Apex ultima or equivalent) having voc less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over old and new surfaces.Note:-1.Tri party MOU shall be signed between MES, contractor and paint manufacturing company for pre , during an post work completion site inspetion.2. | 22 | (Applicable for above all items)(a). Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office , The rate shall be quotted by the contractor including scafolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs. (b). Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.(c). Contractor has to complte welcome maints in all aspect witin time limit as per Offcier Quarter allowtment letter, failing which recovery will be initiated(d). Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site. |
| 23 | (e) Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work.(f) All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper(g) Mechanical scaper should be deposit in our store at the time of sample approval(h) Contractor has to procure and deposit total quantity of material as per manufacturer instruction and sample approved by GE, the quantity of material calculated as per CA is then kept under the safe custody of Engr In charge.
