It consists of 2 seats which is made of LLDPE virgin plastic of size 363 mm X 250 mm X 155 mm.Each seat consists of a safety stand in the horizontal balance bar which is of 500 mm X 462 mm and a thickness of Dia 32 mm.Specialized connectors such as clamps and couplings are to be cast from aluminum which is pretreated, and cured, with a baked on powder coat finish.Bolts, nuts, screws, washers and etc used for assembly shall be stainless steel 304 grade and shall be of tamper resistant stainless steel. | 18 | Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 1200x900 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders, photos etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to S.S. frame of size 20x20x1.6 mm Square tube. The boards will be fixed to 2 No. 50mm dia post 3 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
