| 1 | False ceiling: Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles (AEROLITEceiling systems - Cosmos / Spintone / Hexa / Quadra Models) Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approvred surface design and edge profile (TEGULAR/ SPINTONE) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness.The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of matal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35xxx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m(Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment). |
| 2 | False ceiling: Providing and fixing in position suspended seamless false ceiling system using 12.50 mm thick moisture resistant plain gypsumboard ( GYPROC.MR of M/s .Saint Gobain make) suspended ceiling, which includes Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspending Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed intermediate channels of size 45mm (with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners (Mfg by Ms Saint Gobain Gyproc)Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed Ceiling section of having web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the Gypsteel ULTRA™ intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the Gypsteel intermediate™ channel at 457.5mm centres. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gyproc® MR (conforming to BS 1230 part 1) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc jointing compound, Gyproc joint paper tape and two coats of drywall top coat (as per recommended practices of M/s Saint- Gobain Gyproc India) |

| 10 | Providing, Supplying and fixing 120 Minutes Fire Resistance Gypsum Drywall Partition with overall thickness of approximately 95 to 102 mm thick Gypsteel Ultra stud partition which includes two layers of tapered edge 12.5 mm thick Gyproc Fireline on both sides (conforming to IS:2095 – 1996-Part-I) is screw fixed with drywall screws of 25 mm & 35 mm at 300 mm centres to either side of 70 mm Gypsteel Ultra C stud (0.5 mm thick having one flange of 34 mm and another flange of 36 mm made of GI Steel) placed at 610 mm centre to centre in 72 mm Gypsteel Ultra floor and ceiling channel (0.5 mm thick have equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel), which is anchored to the floor & true ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners. The boards are to be fixed to the framework with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. A Gypsteel fixing channel of 99mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the outer layer of boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws.Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Jointing compound, Gyproc Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat (as per recommended practices of Saint- Gobain Gyproc India) .
