Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposalof rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Up to 150 mm diameter

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (1:6) ( 1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand ).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipeetc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter.
