Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and smooth on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick as in flooring etc. finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement concrete 1:6 for laying Kota Stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar ,over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10mm thick plaster in cement concrete 1:3 for laying Kota Stone, including nosing/moulding of steps/edges from front side, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tile 450x300x 7-8mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering (Broomed) in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
