| 79 | Decorative Ornamental Pole Total height of the Decorative pole will be 4000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole is made out of mild steel tube as per dimensions shown in the drawing.. The size of the base plate will be 250X250X10 mm. Bottom section shall be of diameter 114 mm x 3.2 mm thick x 1000 mm long. Top section shall be of diameter 76 mm x 3 mm thick. The different sections of the pole are joined together by means of flanges and welded joints. A cast aluminium embellishment is fitted at the joint of two sections to enhance the look of the decorative pole. The decorative pole shall be duly pretreated by sanding and shot blasting process and painted in epoxy primer and top coat of UV ray resistant Poly urethane/polyester coating in approved colour shade. The DFT of coating on pole, shall not be less then 90 microns. The contractor has to specify pole & street light manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid. The pole & street light manufacturer shall have inhouse facility for pole fabrication consisting of Laser cutting machine, Pole fabrication and Mig welding plant, shot blasting machine, Oven to bake required pole and bracket. The EIC will visit the plant to ascertain the required plant and machinery at manufacturers facility.Decorative street light - ( 50-60 Watt ) Led Decorative Led street light shall be made of die cast and Spun Aluminum and shall have Ingress protection of IP66for optical compartment and Impact Resistance of IK 08 or more. The Led Post top light shall be in 50w LED. A Transparent polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the Led street light. Integrated suitable BIS approved LED Driver shall be fitted inside the Led Post top light having efficiency 85%, power factor shall be>0.95,THD<=10% ,with driver standard voltage withstand range of 100-300 V AC and inbuilt surge protection of Min. 4 kv.The Luminarieshall haveexternal surge protection device of 10kV. Led shall be Osram/Seoul/Cree/Bridgelux or equivalent reputed make and shall have luminous efficacy of more than 140Lm/Watt .System luminous efficacy shall be more than 120 Lm/Watt .The CCT of Led shall be 3000/4000/6000 k as required by engineer in charge. The shape and sizes of the Led Post top light shall be as per attached drawing. System life of 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained. The Led Post top light shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface andshall be coated in UV ray resistant Polyurethane/ Polyester coating in approved colour shade. The Coating on the Led post top light shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters .The contractor has to specify pole manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid.
