(vi) Applying finished coat of 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand over 1st coat rendered surfaces and finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound and making drip mouldings as reqiured and cured with jute gunny bag for 7 days,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(vii) Preparation of surface and applying two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of exterior wall care putty to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (Reinforcement shall be paid in respective item of Schedule A)The rates quoted by the bidders/Contractor shall include the following:-(a) Work carried out up to 12 Mtr in height.(b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and all protective measures responsibilty.(c) Removal of excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed by Engr-in Charge. |
