Disconnection of all clamps & connectors at HV & LV side, Flanges connected to HV/LV bushing, winding temperature indicator, Oil temperature indicator, oil conservator tank, breather unit etc and draining out T/f oil to barrels, Opening of the top cover of the transformer, necessary cleaning of decomposed accumulated slugs, Leak testing of radiator fin also replacement of damaged top cover gasket packing and draw out the complete transformer core, necessary cleaning of core and winding by hot oil spraying and testing of winding i.e. continuity test of LV, HV winding, insulation test etc at workshop/site including reconnection, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Providing and Fixing of different size of oil gasket for a) LT Jumper b) Conservator c) Inspection cover d) Air relay pluge e) Bushing LT side f) Bushing HT side etc as required

Carrying out dehydration and filtration of transformer oil and core coil assembly by prolonged filtration to get good insulation resistance of the transformer winding and good BDV of the oil as per required. (Standard norms should be followed)

Routine test before and after assembling and re-commissioning of transformer a) Transformer Ratio Test at normal tap and magnetizing test b) HV winding Resistance Test c) HT/LT coil insulation Test d) Di-Electric strength Test of oil.

Replacement of silcagel breather unit for Transformer(i) For 400 KVA T/F

Toping up fresh Transformer oil. The oil should be dehydrated & filtrated upto 25 KV, BDV complete as required.

Painting with two coats of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint (gray colour) inside & outside of Transformer.

Add Labour cess @ 1% on total item No 01 to 07
