(b) Preparation of roof surface thoroughly cleaning by using wire brush [Mechanical / hand brush] to make it free from any loose particle, dirt/dust and applying one coat of bituminous primer @0.30Lit/SqM (c) Providing Atactic polypropylene polymeric modified prefabricated water proofing membrane five layered reinforced with non woven polyester matt of minimum 4mm thick weight not less than 4.5Kg/Sqm shall be laid using butane torch application over entire roof surface with over laps of 100mm in both the directions and and finished with a bonding bitumen at 1.2kg/SqM rate. (d) Ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.(e) Finally roof shall be finished with two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm for each coat. |
| 23 | M&L for sunken floor treatment including complete removal of old treatment, removal of debris out side MD land and applying new treatment consisting of following:- (a) Removing existing floor treatment with cement screed, preparation of surface by brushing with a neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/SqM and applying 10mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement. (b) Preparation of sunken floor thoroughly cleaning by using wire brush [Mechanical / hand brush] to make it free from any loose particle, dirt / dust, etc. (c) Over the prepared surfaces, one priming/ efflorescent coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal or equivalent in SIKA/Pidilite /FOSROC/ STP Limited shall be applied by diluting the primeseal with water at the ratio of 2:1 (Primer: Water respectively) (d) Over the primed surfaces water proof coating shall be applied with acylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating of Dr. Fixit New Coat consisting of three coats of application to form 1mm thick heavy duty water proofing coating or equivalent in SIKA/Pidilite /FOSROC/ STP Limited.(e) Ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. |
| 24 | M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling under sunken floors etc, including demolition of existing cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level and removal of debris off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. |
