M & L for cleaning of top surfaces of concrete roof with wire brushing and removing existing damaged old water proofing materials if any including flashing and junction of parapets etc. as per direction of E - I - C.

M & L for P.C.C type-1 graded M20 mixed (1:1 1/2 :3 ) using 12.5 mm graded coarse aggregate at joints of roof at top.

M & L for providing screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick even and smooth surface in cement mortar 1:4 for base water proofing treatment.

M & L for providing liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement. (Make : Dr. Fix it or equivalent material).

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified
