Repairing of rising main MS pipe of dia 300mm and 250mm for arresting leakage by way of dismantling of rising main at various joints. The welding (450cm approx.) at various spots is to be carried out by mobile type welding set which includes DG set, welding set, Gas cutter, electric grinder, superior quality electrodes, tata mobile, skilled and unskilled workers for carrying/execution of welding. After welding and repairing the pipe to be aligned and fitted properly as per requirement and tested successfully. The job includes fitting of departmental old pipe available at site as the existing pipe is beyond economical repair. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts bolts of 5kgs, 4 No. gaskets of 300mm dia. The job includes all types of carriages viz., head load for shifting of welding set at various spots. The job also includes earthwork wherever necessary and refilling and consolidation of same.
