Cleaning & Repairing of Sewerage Disposal System at RIICO Office Building Malviya Industrial Area , Jaipur . The Scope of work Includes:-Cleaning of ChamberCleaning of Sewer line by manually and sewer jetting machine. Repair of Existing chamber including all civil works as per requirement of site .If required then, Construction of New Chamber as per requirement Laying of New sewer pipe if required including all required excavation, PCC, laying of pipe refilling, repairing of floor etc. complete in all respect.Construction of new sock pit as per norms & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of wall paneling on grid made out of PVC profile section of size 21x17mm with a wall thickness of 1.5mm+/-0.2mm,fixed on the existing wall with wood screw of size 50mm X 8mm with rowel plug at a spacing of 900mm center.uPVC profile section of size 150mm X 10mm with a wall thickness of 1.0mm+/-0.2mm to be fixed on the grid by self tapping screw of size 19mm X 6mm.Necessary cutouts for electrical connection to be provided at required places. The edge and periphery, finally to be covered by extruded PVC beading section of size 28mm X 12mm with a wall thickness of 1.0mm+/-0.2mm complete as per manufacture’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :, 20mm thick

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per approved colour complete as per manufacturers specifications including primer coat and protecting coat including scaffolding and safety provision, Trowel Finish av. thickness 1500 to 2000 microns.

S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked virgin material MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required.
