| 1 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA compact substation comprising of the following as per the standard specifications as per IEC 62271/2002 including all sub clauses with base foundation as per manufacturer recommendation comprising of (A) RING MAIN UNITS: Non extensible 11 KV SF-6 insulated compact ring main unit (RMU) 3 way with short circuit peak making 50 KA and short circuit breaking current 20MA fully arc proof metal enclosed free standing manually operated type SF-6 insulated Load break switches break switches 630 Amps incoming 2 numbers and VCB 630 Amps for outgoing 1 No with self-powered micro based relays and related CT’s complete with manual and mechanical mechanism & degree of protection IP 54 with the following components.(a) Manual push button for Emergency Trip.(b) Aluminium bus bar.(c) Front access & button entry of HT cables.(B) TRANSFORMER: Step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 HZ 250 KVA capacity, core type, copper wound, on HV & LV oil immerse, naturally cooled, (ON AN), with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having 7 step tapings at +/- 2.5% of each step to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on and ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be in accordance with IS-1180 Level-2 and shall comprise of following:- |
| 2 | (a) Three No porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for taking out LT supply.(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent silica.(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil rain filter valve, fitting lugs/hooks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection solid cast steel detachable rollers.(f) One 100 mm Dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body.(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.(k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked Oil/power link filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5m air gap between testing electrodes. |
| 3 | (C) LT PANEL:- Panel made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19mm Dia fancy locks (02 nos in each compartment) having louvers and vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the panel completely vermin proof and accommodate incoming/outgoing ACB & MCCBs. TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non-hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having at an interval not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar including the following:-Incoming :- 01 MCCB 630 Amps 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50KAOutgoing :-a) 01 MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA(b) 02 MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA(D) ENCLOSURE: - (CRCA) powder coated with accessories like lamp, limit switches, wiring, MCB, inner connection of aluminium bus bas from transformer to LT panel, MCCB etc. The degree of protection of trasformer compartment of enclosure shall be minimum IP-23. Structure of the sub station shall be able to withstand the gross weight of all equivpment complete. |
| 4 | Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0m deep for foundation of poles strut/stays etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe \\"light grade\\" 100mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Supply laying and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts earthed grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Supply, laying , jointing and testing underground LT cable XLPE insulated heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, PVC sheathed multistranded, 1100 Volts grade, of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core with aluminium conductor as per IS 7098 (Part-I) along with suitable size with aluminium cable lugs (bottle neck /eye let/ ring type as per ground requirement) and cable gland joint etc. laid in trenches, along poles passing through pipes, laid under floor, fixed on walls/roofs and passing under road etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | S&F cable joint kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing of Steel tubular swaged pole type 410, SP-55, 11.00 metre long, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting with two coats of aluminium paint heat resistant type over one coat of red oxide primer and making 06 Nos bands/ straps with yellow and black colour (15 cm wide each) synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer at a distance 15 cm from coping block and numbering of poles with black bituminous synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed. |

| 23 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, step down transformer, 33 KV/433 VE7:E14 Volts, (at full load) AC 3 Phase 50 HZ, 100 KVA capacity core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural (ON AN) with external coiling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with netural brought out on secondary side (LV).The maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when mesurement by resistence method after continuous full load run on an ambinet temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be per confirmed IS : 1180 Level-2 and be provided with suitable overhead Galvalum sheeted roof for rain protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The transformer shall be IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with maximum total loses as per energy efficiency level 2 of IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following: - (a) outdoor type HT porcelain bushing with insulator on primary side including all accessories as required.(b) One cable box on LV side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with two Nos cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables including glands, joints and jointing materials complete. |

Accessories as per IS-1180 (Part-I) : 2014.(r) Busbar trunking of suitable size at LV side with complete fixing arrangement and incl insulators for connection of multiple outgoing cable at LV side.(s) The transformer shall be pole mounted.NOTE:- Certificate of di electric strength of transformer oil shall be submitted by contractor. |
