| 4 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 02 Nos. x 200 TR, Screw Type Water Chilling Machine (Make - YORK): Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (routine, preventive, break down) of 200 TR Screw type water Chilling Machine i.e. all inclusive of consumable materials, spare parts, refrigerant, compressor oil ,Tool and plants, descaling/Cleaning of condenser & chiller as required, man power skilled/unskilled as required for above mentioned chilling machine complete as per service/maintenance manual of the manufacturer. For further details refer scope of work PART-1 [ Sub Head-II, Item no-1, page no-10 to 12] IMPORTANT: i) Payment against work done shall be released on pro-rata basis for the duration of contract. |

(Make - Blue Star) of 02 Cold Rooms: Comprehensive Maintenance (routine, preventive, break down) of Refreigaration Machines of two cold rooms i.e. all inclusive of consumable materials, spare parts, refrigerant, compressor, compressor oil,Tool and plants, Chemical Cleaning of condenser & evaporator, temperature monitoring device as required ,man power skilled/unskilled as required for above mentioned cold Rooms (each cold room has two refrigeration units) complete as per service/maintenance manual of the manufacturer. | 7 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of VRF Air Conditioning System installed for -80° C Deep Freezers room in Basement at CSIR - IGIB, Mall Road as under: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of following Air Cooled Side Discharge Type Outdoor Units Equipped with 100% Inverter Type Highly Efficient Compressors, with cooling mode only, low noise variable speed condenser fan with DC Motor, designed especially for Indian climatic conditions filled with eco friendly refrigerant R410a complete in all respect and suitable for working with 415 V 50 Hz Power supply. 16 HP 02 Nos. unit (for Cooling Only) with Dual Compressor and ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with Cordless Remote Controller, Communication Cabling, washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, Cooling coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, vibration isolators, drain pan, other necessary supports etc. complete in all respect having indoor units as under : 8 TR - 02 Nos. 4TR - 02 Nos. | 8 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Inverter type split Air Conditioners ductable units of 60000 BTU/hr (Make : Blue Star) with refrigerant R410 gas, micro processor based ON/OFF, electrical wiring, single phase preventer, HP/LP cut off, Communication cable etc. along with Programmable timer for automatic changing over of operation of AC units complete in all respect, working on 3 Phase power supply and consisting of:a) Air cooled condensing units (Out Door units) with Copper coil , axial flow fan all assembled in a steady sheet metal cabinet complete in all respect. b) Ceiling suspended Indoor units (including hanging supports) with Dx-cooling coil, copper tubes with aluminium fins, centrifugal blower with drive motor, control wiring, cooling thermostat and filters etc. complete in all respect.
