Description: Providing and fixing Decibel Ceiling Wood Perforated Slats of width 128mm, thickness of 16mm and length of 2435mm or as required by the Architect / approving engineer, made of a medium density fiber board to substrate with laminated facing as per the approved shade / species and finish and a melamine balancing layer over the reverse side and also having round perforations of 8mm. The board shall have a special perforated pattern where the visible surface has a (\\"Helmholtz\\" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm visible panel) each. Tolerance (+- 1mm).Installation: Install Gl Section of section 25X50mm if needed or as approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs on spacing on 600mm centre-to-centre. Install strips of 18mm thick ply of width 50mm and Install the first set of wooden panels and Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of earlier inserted panel and till the actual height is achieved. Polyfiber of 50 mm thickness of 500gsm is infield on the back of wooden panels to get NRC. 0.9 including Caariage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge .
