The bidder is required to quote itemwise price for the work listed in the BOQ document individually and the total cost of all the items would be taken for deriving the L1 bidder.

Supply & Constr of 1x CHDH of Size 18.0m x 6.40m with 1.50m wide covered verandah,Two partition walls to form two internal store rooms, eleven doors, eleven UPVC triple track sliding window, two turbo ventilators, false ceiling made of 40 mm thick composit PIR Panel sandwiched between PPGI sheets, 0.5mm thick sheet on inner and outer skin, wall cladding made of 50mm thick PIR panels, roof cladding made of 0.6mm thickness PPGI Combat distruptive pattern (RAL-1001) colour coated sheets and four steel trusses made of portal frame structure. Main column with web-100˜300 x 4mm thick and flanges of 120x6mm thick, main rafter with web-250˜100 x 4mm thick and flanges of 100x6 mm thick and cantilever verandah rafter of same dimension. The four main portal frames are provided at a distance of 6.0 mtr centre to centre and interconnected by ’Z’/’C’ purlins at spacing all as given in the drawing No CHDH, four sheets attached. In addition, rear covered verandah of 18.0m x 1.5m with cantilever rafter of web-250˜100x4mm thick and flanges of 100x6 mm thick will be provided. Adjacent backside verandah of 18m x 1.5m covered by 50 mm thick PIR wall panels with proper structural supports like vertical posts and runners to strength the covered verandah to make a store room of 6.0m x 1.5m.Detailed specification as per Appx-A and list of erection tools as per Annx II & concerned drgs att.
