| 1 | Supply & stacking of the following items of approved commercial grade for daily consumption at HWPM plant site for housekeeping works as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:1) Materials sample should be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before supply for the work. 2) Contractor should supply the consumables within a week time after the demand raised by Engineer in charge as per the requirement by instruction note or email means , failure to which department will arrange for material at the risk and cost of contractor . Further double cost of materials will be recovered from the bill due to the contractor and any loss to contractor whatsoever will not be entrained by the department in this regards.3) Materials shall be deposited in civil store well in advance only after written instruction receive from EIC.4) Labour required for applying above housekeeping items will be considered under relevant item. |

Note: Any consumables required for the above work will be paid separately under relevant items. |
| 20 | Providing all tools, tackles, manpower & non-consumable materials (other than mention in Item no. 1) etc. for sweeping and moping /washing in buildings including all rooms, halls, corridors, open verandas, staircases, entrance area, trough etc. on daily / scheduled basis as decided and approved by EIC using cleaning agents and disinfectant for keeping the floor clean, free from stain, mud, dirt, liquid spills and other debris, removal of cobwebs and cleaning of oil spilled areas whenever required etc. for keeping neat and clean area in and around of individual building and removal of the waste materials and disposal of the same to a designated dustbin outside/nearby the building complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Actual Area cleaned only will be measured for payment.2) Any consumables required for the above work will be paid separately under relevant items. |
| 21 | Providing Cycle - Rickshaw with mounted trolley, supplying of required men and materials for collection and disposal of garbage, scrap materials, debris, rubbish and other waste materials etc. from all area dustbins in the CPP located at various points of the plant including loading, transport, unloading at designated disposal ground in the plant and burning the same under controlled fire condition (as and when necessary) etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. (Thrice in a Week) |
| 22 | Supplying and applying a mixture of Bleaching powder and Lime in the proportion 1:2 including transportation, spreading around the buildings/dustbins etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. (Each Operation should contain 25 Kg Bleaching Powder mix with 50 Kg Lime) |
| 23 | Disposal of scrap materials, debris, rubbish and other waste materials etc. laying at various locations of the plant including removal loading, unloading and disposal of the same within the plant and burning the same under controlled fire condition if necessary etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. |
| 24 | Supplying required Chemicals and applying for Rats, including Bandicoots and Mice in public buildings/ industrial areas including and all other areas vulnerable to rodents in and around the buildings by using ready to use anti-coagulation rodenticide (BROMODILONE) like Racumin tracking powder/Robon cake or equivalent complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 25 | Cleaning the terrace / chajja portion of the buildings at all heights including removal of vegetation if any, manpower ,tools and tackles , picking of the waste materials, debris, disposal of the same within a lead of two km including insurance to workmen etc complete as directed by the engineer. |
| 26 | Providing manpower, material for de-chocking of sewage lines and chambers/ manholes etc., at various locations in HWPM as and when required, including removal of sludge from ICs/ manholes, SW pipe line in between the chambers/ manholes ensuring free flow of sewage, disposing of the mud/ sludge within a lead of 1km etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. |
| 27 | Cleaning of toilet floors,walls,fittings , sanitary appliances and drainage outlets using a High pressure jet system having following specification 1. Electric or diesel powered 2. Having working pressure 120 to 150 bar & maximum pressure up to 180 bar3. Water flow rate between 10 to 15 litres per minute 4. Electric motor:2.2 kw to 5.5 kw or Diesel engine : 5 hp to 10 hp having high pressure hose minimum 10 meters length and adjustable spray nozzles ( fan and jet ) , safety valve for pressure regulation including application of cleaning agents and disinfectants( will be paid separately under relevant item) including all machinery ,manpower, tools, tackles and safety PPE etc., all complete as per specification, as per the schedule and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
