| 9 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down 11/0.433 KV capacity 630 KVA, level III, IS 1180 Part-l, outdoor type copper wound 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles as per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having tapping 0, + 2.5%, +5%, + 7.5% to be charged by means of hand operated, off load/ tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fitting such as two earthing terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out in bushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling valve 20mm bore steel with plug, dial type thermometer, oil filling hole 32mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/ dust and vermin proof. Note- (1) Transformer Oil shall be confirming to requirement of IS-335-1983 specification for new insulating oil for transformers. (2) Equipment shall be suitable to operate at 4200 Mtr above MSL at temperature variation between (-) 35 degree centigrade to (+) 35 degree centigrade complete all as specified or as directed. |

Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing jumpers etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
