| 15 | M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window, cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm wide. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L for repairs to sunken floor/ slab with the following specifications:-(a) M&L for repair demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat filling and taking down plaster upto skirting level and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) All pipe passing through the wall of sunken floor shall be laid before the water proofing treatment is carried out and one number 50mm dia 500mm long medium grade GI pipe spout with SS wire gauge on inside mouth shall be provided.(c) Rendering on uneven surface with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4, mixed with IWPC to make it even.(d) All junction of side wall where pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.(e) After cleaning apply three coat of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturerer instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto skirting height of the floors, proportion & applications as per manufacturer instruction.(f) The water proofed area shall be tested by filling water for at least 03 days. In case any leakage is noticed water proofing treatment shall be re-done and re-tested. |
| 17 | item No-16 Contd.....(g) The sunken floor and sides of wall upto skirting height shall be plastered with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with IWPC @ 3% by weight including rounding at corner and junction sloping towards spout.(h) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 all around.(j) The sunken floor shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded brick aggregates 40mm nominal size) complete.(k) Base of 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 to receive screed bed and tiles.NOTES:- Rates of below mentioned elements is includinguded in the said item.(i) IWPC included(ii) GI pipe of dia 50mm, 500mm long, stainless steel wire mesh suitable size including this item.(iii) For payment purpose, floor area of sunken shall be measured. |
