| 2 | M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work, or concrete surfaces finished fair and even with out using extra cement with WPC @ 1%, up to 10 metre height including necessary scafolding, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. |
| 3 | M&L for Rough cast plaster after applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. |

| 22 | M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. metre diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. |
| 23 | M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temperature by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L/6sq mtr diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied including one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint, at any height, complete all as directed. |
| 24 | Cutting of bushes/peepal small tree protuding over wall surface/ roof/ surface/ terrace of building of height up to 10.0 metre including necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and make good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying one coat of anti growth of vegitation chemical as directed by Engr-in-Charge and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
