Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material withinall leads nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded) or richer mix (including equivalent design mix), as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles (500mmx500mm) (Five hundred milimetre into five hundred milimetre) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all coliurs and shade, laid on 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thick , cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointing with grey cement slurry at the rate of 3.3kg/sqm (three decimal three kilogram per square metre) in skriting risers of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) confirming to IS: 15477 in average 6mm (six milimetre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetera, , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred milimetre) Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm (six milimetre) thickness,including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
