| 6 | Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and qutters etcetera and stacking the material within 50 (fifty) metres lead of G.S. sheet within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (The recovery of old sheets after dismantled roof shall be recover @65/- Rupees per /Sqm. |
| 7 | Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtr. (fifty metre) lead, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six Zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of tata Durashine/ sail / reliance / jindal in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 10 | Providing and fixing factory made ridges or hips having proper gola shape 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Sixty milimetres) thick Tata Dura shine prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of sail / relience / Jindal Tata with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetres) diametres with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. B.P. sheet TATA/SAIL/JINDAL 2.00 mm (Two decimal zero millimeter) thick fixed in eaves board / facia / soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel rafter, member and applying a coat of red lead primer with gas/ electric welding in position complete (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately), within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
